Our returns policy gives you 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return any unused item purchased from us with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. This is in addition to your statutory rights. We will refund the price you purchased your item at, however, delivery charges will only be refunded if you have received goods that are faulty. We will only send any exchanges to the original delivery address.
Any goods purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund, they will be exchanged for store credit. We will only send any exchanges to the original delivery address.
All goods will be inspected on return. Please remember goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so it is important to ensure they are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit. For your own protection, we recommend sending items using a delivery service that ensure the value of your goods. It is also advisable to ensure all goods you return to us are tracked. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.
Sometimes things do go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.
If your parcel is more than 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer services team.
If you receive the wrong item, please send this back to us at standard delivery cost, we will reimburse this once a copy of your standard return receipt is received.
