All goods will be inspected on return. Please remember goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so it is important to ensure they are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit. For your own protection, we recommend sending items using a delivery service that insure the value of your goods. It is also advisable to ensure all goods you return to us are tracked. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.
- Sometimes things do go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.
- If your parcel is more than 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer services team.
- If you receive the wrong item, please send this back to us at standard delivery cost, we will reimburse this once a copy of your standard return receipt is received.
